The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the draft law on amendments to article 40 of the Law “On Regulation of Town Planning” (re implementation of Tekhnopolis National Project)

The bill suggests deprive customers of an individual share in developing the infrastructure of a populated area, in case of construction of building projects and transportation and engineering infrastructure in the process of implementation of the National Project “Tekhnopolis” – creation of innovation development and high technologies infrastructure” and its components.

It is stipulated amend article 40 of the Law “On Regulation of Town Planning”.

The respective bill was registered under No. 2504.
